Satellite GPS from Garmin inReach over the Iridium network, through a webhook pipeline into a Next.js/Redis app — roughly 25 seconds end to end. A live leaderboard scored each team against its own scouted route, with snap-to-route positioning, off-course detection and producer-controlled scoring.

Escape 100 Cops, Win $500,000
Pursuit format · 115+ GPS units, one map
A mixed fleet of 4G cellular trackers and GPS ankle monitors across contestants, pursuit teams and camera operators, reporting through a telematics pipeline into a Next.js/TypeScript app — layered with geofence zones, stillness detection, and a one-second alarm path that turns a contestant's own phone into their siren.

Keeping the things that cannot break, unbroken.
I'm the person who gets called when something that absolutely cannot fail has failed. Right now that's at MrBeast, supporting 1,000+ people across six companies — and where "the CEO's laptop is acting up" reorganizes the afternoon.
Before that, seven years at Apple. Six of them as the person Motion Design called when a render died at 11pm before a deadline or a SAN volume refused to mount. I also ran IT for Apple Events and WWDC — the networks that weren't allowed to go down on the day everyone was watching.
Somewhere in there I started building software instead of just keeping it running: real-time tracking for productions with a hundred-plus GPS units, internal tools that delete hours of manual work, and websites for real businesses. I own two of them.

- White-glove IT for the CEO, Founder and full C-suite — devices, accounts and access, handled with discretion.
- Own executive A/V and livestreaming, from private C-suite meetings to company-wide streams.
- Identity, SSO and endpoint security across Okta, Azure AD, Fleet, Jamf, Intune and 40+ SaaS platforms.
- Built the post-production side of an agentic AI ticketing system — ~40% cut in resolution time.
- Saved $120K in contract labor by bringing app development and A/V production in-house.

- Primary Tier 2/3 resource for Apple's Motion Design studio and its 100+ designers, six years.
- Owned the hardest escalations: render pipelines, GPU and VRAM, fibre channel throughput, SAN mount failures.
- Built onboarding, licensing and escalation workflows — a 30% reduction in inbound support volume.
- Ran IT operations for Apple Newsroom at WWDC.
